  Emergency Support: We do not provide emergency or phone support. Response times may vary.

  Webmaster Help: We do not provide support for coding, installations, or error-solving unless it's a server-related issue.

Backups and Data Responsibility:

• We maintain backups, but you are fully responsible for your own data backups. We are not liable for any data loss.

Prohibited Content:

• We do not support any illegal or harmful content, including child pornography, phishing, spam, or hacking activities. Any violation may result in immediate account termination.

Account Violations:

• If you attempt to hack, exploit, or run malicious scripts on the server, we will immediately terminate your account to protect other users.

No Refunds or Credits:

• We do not offer refunds or credits for interruptions caused by user violations of the agreement.

Terms of Use:

• Once a deposit is made, it cannot be reversed. You must use the balance for services or campaigns. No refunds will be provided, and disputes or chargebacks will result in account suspension. Unauthorized credit card usage will lead to account termination.

Free Balance/Coupon Policy:

• We offer various ways to earn free balance, but reserve the right to review and deduct it if we detect misuse. If your balance becomes negative, your account will be suspended. You may request to settle your balance to reactivate your account.
